All TAI jewelry pieces are individually handmade in our factory in Thailand, where each piece is carefully examined for flaws before shipping to our office in California. Since each item is unique, we advise the following product care steps to ensure the long wear of your TAI jewelry.

Each TAI jewelry piece is delivered in a pouch for safekeeping. Please use this pouch to store your TAI pieces when not worn.

Our skilled artisans in Thailand meticulously beaded, braided, and strung each handmade piece.

Although the items are braided for strength for pulling bracelets and necklaces, please be careful when using the pull closure. Pulling on them abruptly could damage the braid over time or quickly snag at a pull.

Some of our handmade bracelets have glass ornamentation. To clean the colored glass on your jewelry, use a damp cloth and gently wipe away debris or dirt. Water is sufficient to clean the glass; solvents may cause damage.

To store your handmade TAI pieces, please place them in the TAI pouch shipped with your order.

Please email us at customerservice@tai-rittichai.com as soon as possible. Orders during Mon-Fri typically process within 1-2 hours and will be picked up by 12pm.

Once your order is received, it will be processed within 1-2 hours Mon-Fri. On weekends please allow 24 hours. 

As soon as you order is ready to ship, we will send an email with your tracking number and you can track the delivery through usps.com.

Due to COVID - some items may be delayed to ship out.

Domestic Shipping

For orders under $100, there is a flat rate fee of $5 for domestic orders. Shipping is only free for orders over $100.

International Shipping

Costs vary based on the recipient's location. We deliver exclusively to residential and commercial addresses. Note: TAI isn't liable for duties and fees imposed by the recipient's country. Customers are responsible for these charges upon delivery. For our 14k gold items, we maintain accurate valuations on customs forms, ensuring duties and fees reflect the item's full price.
